AveryGPT MCP Connector

AveryGPT is a commercial real estate finance assistant that connects Claude to live property data, lender intelligence, and your active finance deals. Ask about listings, comp sales, mortgage records, lender match, and deal documents — all from your Claude conversation.

Data & Permissions

This connector accesses the following on your behalf once you authorize:

Lender search results and quote management require a paid AveryGPT membership. Free accounts can still access property lookups, deal management, and document reading.

How to Connect

Find AveryGPT in the Claude App Store integrations panel and click Connect.

You will be redirected to AveryGPT to authorize access. Sign in with your AveryGPT account (or create a free one).

Once authorized, return to Claude. Avery is ready — try “Show me my active deals” or “Find multifamily lenders in Texas.”

Properties
get_basic_property_info_by_address Look up a property’s internal ID, address, and type by street address.
get_property_details Full property card: ownership, sale history, finance history, and tax assessment.
geocode_address Convert a street address to latitude/longitude coordinates and normalized components.
sort_locations_by_distance Rank a list of lat/lng points by distance from an origin, returning each with distance in miles.
search_property_listings_by_radius Active commercial listings within a radius of a lat/lng point. Filterable by type, state, and price.
search_property_listings_by_states_and_property_types Active listings filtered by one or more states and required property types.
search_property_sales_comps_by_radius Sold property comparables within a radius. Filterable by type, price, state, and sale date.
search_property_sales_comps_by_states_and_property_types Sales comps filtered by state and property type, with price and date ordering.
search_property_finance_comps_by_radius Finance and mortgage comps within a radius — includes mortgage date, maturity, and loan amount.
search_property_finance_comps_by_states_and_property_types Finance comps filtered by state and property type, orderable by mortgage or maturity date.
Finance Deals
list_finance_deals List your active finance deals.
create_finance_deal Open a new finance deal for a property by its combined LT ID.
get_finance_deal_details Retrieve full details for a specific finance deal.
list_finance_deal_documents List documents uploaded to a deal (returns UUIDs for reading).
read_finance_deal_document Extract text from a deal document. Supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, HTML, JSON, and XML.
list_finance_deal_quotes List lender quotes and statuses attached to a deal, including bank details. Paid
upsert_finance_deal_quote Add or update a lender on a deal’s quote list, with an optional banker and status. Paid
Lenders
search_lender_by_name Find lenders by full or partial name. Returns top matches. Paid
search_lenders_public_data_by_radius Lenders active near a lat/lng point, based on public loan records. Filterable by type and loan amount. Paid
search_lenders_public_data_by_state Lenders active in a state based on public records, filterable by property type and loan range. Paid
search_lenders_by_profile Match lenders to a loan profile: state, property type, loan amount, lender type, and execution type. Paid
get_bank_details Full bank profile including active bankers and lending parameters. Paid
get_banker_details Individual banker profile: contact details and specific lending parameters. Paid
